Description

The obverse: in the centre the Emblem of the Bank of Russia [the two-headed eagle with wings down, lower the semicircular inscription Ȼ (BANK OF RUSSIA)] framed by a circle of dots and inscriptions along the rim: at the top ɻ (TWO HUNDRED RUBLES), at the bottom the year of issue 2006, the letters to the left indicate the metal sign and the fineness, to the right the fine metal content and the mint trade mark.

The reverse: to the left a scroll with the Supreme Manifest of the Russian Emperor Nicholas II, to the right a commemorative medal featuring the Tavrichesky Palace on one side and an olive twig together with the date 27 1906 . (April 27, 1906) on another one, in the centre the building of the Tavrichesky Palace in St. Petersburg. The inscription along the rim 100- Ȼ (THE CENTENARY OF PARLIAMENTARIANISM IN RUSSIA).
