Description

The obverse: in the centre – the emblem of the Bank of Russia [the two-headed eagle with wings down, under it – the semicircular inscription "БАНК РОССИИ" (BANK OF RUSSIA)] framed by a circle of dots and inscriptions along the rim – on top: "ТРИ РУБЛЯ" (THREE RUBLES), below: to the left – indications of the precious metal and its fineness, in the centre – the year of issue "2014 г." (2014), to the right – the fine metal content and the mint trade mark.

The reverse: on the mirror field of the disc in the foreground – the relief image of the Mysic and Drama Theatre on the Arat Square in the city of Kyzyl, in front of it – the Buddhist temple, to the left of them – the house of the republican Parliament (the Great Khural), behind them in the background of mountains – urban blocks. The composition is framed by a figured line similar to the inner outline of a yurta; along the rim – the inscription: "100-ЛЕТИЕ ЕДИНЕНИЯ РОССИИ И ТУВЫ И ОСНОВАНИЯ Г. КЫЗЫЛА" (THE CENTENARY OF THE UNITY OF RUSSIA AND TUVA AND OF FOUNDATION OF KYZYL CITY).
